Renowned hotelier and developer Alan Faena is adding to his already impressive Faena Miami Beach developments, two new luxury condominium towers: The Faena Versailles Classic (3425 Collins Ave) and Faena Versailles Contemporary (3315 Collins Ave). These additions bring the aptly named Faena District to three luxury condo towers, along with a hotel, event and retail complex all located in the Mid-Miami Beach neighborhood.

The Faena Versailles Classic Miami Beach at 3425 Collins Ave. will offer just 22 luxury residences with just two or three-residences per floor. The new Faena Versailles Contemporary Miami Beach will feature 41 luxury residences with just one, two or three-residences per floor.

The Faena Versailles Classic Condominium in the former Versailles Hotel at 35th Street and Collins Avenue. The building’s historic 1940 facade, grand lobby, terrazzo flooring and custom chandeliers will be preserved as the entire property undergoes the restoration, renovation and build-out of all new floor plans.

The Faena Versailles Classic Condominium tower’s 22 residences will include all new floor plans featuring unobstructed ocean views, custom kitchens and bathrooms and much more. Residences will range from one to four-bedroom floor plans of approximately 1,034 square feet to 2,743 square feet under air, the addition of balconies and terraces are shown in the first plan drawings for all the ocean facing residences. Additionally, two top floor duplex penthouses will be offered with up to 7,300 square for each of the two penthouse homes (a 4-bedroom and 6-bedroom floor plan), each featuring their own expansive outdoor terrace areas with private pool and cabana.

The Faena Versailles Contemporary Condominiumat 3315 Collins Ave. will feature 41 luxury residences ranging from one to five-bedrooms, and from approximately 1,111 square feet to 5,469 square feet under air. Expansive flowing balconies surround the building allowing you to enjoy beautiful ocean, sunset and South Florida views. Two full-floor penthouses will exceed approximately 8,000 square feet; each penthouse offers 360 degree panoramic views. The top floor penthouse includes a 2,100 square foot infinity-edge pool and a 6,600 square foot three terrace rooftop deck.

Many of the luxury condominium esidences in both towers of the new Faena Versailles condos feature private elevator access to your home.

Current prices* range for these luxury Miami Beach oceanfront condos are from $3 million to more than $50 million.

Amenities, features and services will include: valet parking, underground parking, storage spaces, two gyms, multiple pools, gardens by Raymond Jungles, and preferred status to components of the Faena district.
