Aman Hotel & Residences Miami Beach Get Approved by the city

Blog Entry Photo of Aman Hotel & Residences Miami Beach Get Approved by the city

Aman Residences Miami Beach condo tower will be designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma known for his sustainable structures and esthetic use of wood. While the building may sing a sweet song on its own, it will also weave its way into the texture of the Florida city’s existing chorale.

It would mark the first Aman in South Florida. The global luxury resort chain known for its wellness offerings is opening a hotel with private branded residences in Miami Beach's Faena District. President and CEO of the OKO Group + Singapore-based Aman, Vladislav Doronin partners with Access industries’ Len Blavatnik for this unique Miami luxury real estate project. Aman Miami Beach developers secure construction loan.

The 16-story towers of Aman Hotel & Residences will rise more than 220 feetabove the vast, golden-colored Mid Beach. Built from scratch, the 67-meter tower condominium will offer 41 ultra-luxurious residences in a sophisticated building with a wave-like exterior. The hotel will be in the restored Versailles Hotel, and the residences in a new tower next door.

As Kuma summarizes about the building’s origins, “the design emerged as a form that harmonizes the ocean waters and the urban skyline.” Aman Miami will be the fourth U.S. location for the Aman Resorts International group, which is headquartered in Switzerland and operates  hotels and villas throughout Asia, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.

The Aman Hotel and Residences address is 3425 Collins Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33140
