New St Regis Residence Sunny Isles will be built on a large oceanfront lot just south of Ocean 3. The site is approved for 490 residential units, 1.15 million square feet and two 56-story towers are planned.

Two modern towers are going to be designed by Arquitectonica. Located at 18801 Collins Avenue, a 4.7 acre beachfront lot has been sitting unused ever since the a Playa De Veradero motel got sold.
