NEW St Regis Residence Brickell is coming to Miami

New Miami luxury preconstruction condo St Regis Residence Brickell will be two ultra-luxury, glass towers designed by acclaimed architect Robert A.M. Stern. The beautiful glass structures will stand overlooking Biscayne Bay and will have 354 luxury residences.

St Regis Residences Brickell condos are expected to range from 1,300 sq feet to 7,000 square ft with a choice of one-bedroom to duplex homes. It is expected to become one of the most expensive projects in Miami history with a sellout value of $2 billion.

While a full list of amenities is yet to be revealed, buyers can look forward to experiencing St. Regis’ historic 5-star services and hotel-inspired facilities in everyday living. The property will also include over 55,000 square feet in amenity areas, including an indoor lap pool, St. Regis Tea Room and butler service. 

The amenities and features are similar to the original St. Regis, a hotel property in New York City dating back to 1904.

St Regis Residence Brickell prices start from $2,000,000 per unit ot over 40 million. 

Condo reservations for St. Regis Residences, Miami will begin this January with sales officially getting underway in early 2022. 

Construction on the towers is also expected to begin in 2022.
