NEW Shore Club Private Collection Miami Beach will be the first Florida project for architect Robert A.M. Sternknown for designing buildings for the wealthiest New Yorkers. Firm is putting the finishing touches on the design for a Miami Beach project that will be new luxury Miami preconstrcution condoMore Info in South Beach area. Robert A.M. Stern and his 300-person architecture firm have designed more than 45 buildings in New York City, including 220 Central Park South and the downtown Four Seasons Hotel. The project will be the firm’s first oceanfront residential building.

The design  is a departure from the limestone and ornamental filigree that are the hallmarks of the Stern team’s iconic New York  buildings. The curvy look was inspired by the waves lapping the beach.The interiors are yacht-inspired and have a color palette of dune, coral and sky. Apartments are larger than has been typical of Miami  with more storage. The Auberge-branded oceanfront Shore Club property will include a new 17-story tower, spa, members club and restaurant.

Miami Shore Club Condos for sale will be avaialable to the most sophisticated buyers who wants to be in South Beach area in the newsest most luxuriois condo. Project involves the reimagining of the Shore Club hotel, a late-1940s architectural landmark designed in the Miami Modern style by Albert and the Cromwell Hotel, a 1930s Art Deco building, as well as a contruction of new tower. 

Shore Club  Miami Beach floorplans will range in size from 2,400 Sq.ft. to over 7,000 Sq.Ft. 

Shore Club Miami Beach prices will start at around $6 million and top out at about $40 million, just 47 residences will be avialble for sale and demand expected  to be really high.  

There will also be a 6,000-square-foot, single-family mansion on the site facing the beach. 

Shore Club Miami Beach penthouse will be about 10,500 sq ft with an additional 7,500 ft of terraces and a private rooftop pool.
